Levora Rasmussen Athlete of the Meet

Sam Levora was named the Rasmussen Athlete of the Meet in Coeur d'Alene this weekend with his impressive double in the 1600/3200. On the cold, windy day Sam ran a 4:30.37 1600, leading wire to wire and followed it up with a 9:47.07 win in the 3200.

Mikhaela Woodward led the Sandpoint girls, running 3rd in the 1600 with a PR of 5:28.74. Corri McClelland was 6th, running a 6:14. In the 3200 Sydney Foster led the way for Sandpoint, finishing 4th with a 13:01. Claire Pierce was close behind in 5th with a 13:07.95 PR.

In the 400, Tim Prummer ran a 52.42 PR in the 400 to take 3rd, and Cymbre Marting took 9th with a 1:09.15. For the 800, Matt Burgstahler got boxed in early and fought his way back to 6th in a 2:03.48, while Mark Kennaly ran a 2:11.84 for 12th. Bree Jones took 10th on the girls side with a 2:47.10.
