Cross Training

If you have been injured and are now cleared to start working out again by a physician, cross training can be a fantastic tool for getting back in shape and getting your body prepared for running. Swimming, biking, inline skating and many other exercises are great for working your way back to running. Listen to your doctor and only do what you are cleared to do.
