Sleep
You work your body hard six days a week, so nutrition and sleep are important aspects to your training. You should try to get
8 hours of sleep per night. This allows you body to rest and rebuild. There's evidence that lack of sleep interferes with the metabolism of glucose,
which muscles depend on for recovery1.
Due youself a favor and concetrate on getting enough sleep nightly to make you feel rested.

inspirations
While I made my living as a coach, I have lived my life to be a mentor—and to be mentored!—constantly.Everything in the world has been passed down. Every piece of knowledge is something that has been shared by someone else. If you understand it as I do, mentoring becomes your true legacy. It is the greatest inheritance you can give to others. It is why you get up every day—to teach and be taught.
